As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to oversee our sales and marketing efforts and drive our business expansion.
Job Summary:
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales and marketing team, developing effective sales strategies, and driving revenue growth for American Quartz. This role requires a strong background in sales management, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the stone countertop industry.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company sales targets and objectives.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and productivity.
- Identify and target new business opportunities to expand market share and increase revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Develop and execute effective marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify business development opportunities.
- Analyze sales data and metrics to evaluate performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the senior management team.
- Manage the sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize sales opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry developments, product updates, and emerging trends to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management within the stone countertop industry. Experience with Quartz is strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.
- Availability to travel to the factory as needed (first week at Barstow location) and for industry events and client meetings.
- Valid driver's license
Working Hours and Benefits:
This is a full-time onsite position. The compensation package includes a competitive salary, commission structure, and benefits package.
